Our students love our Twilight School!

Every year in May, around Education Week, we hold a Twilight School.  On this day we time-shift our school day by three hours.  So instead of starting at 9am, we start at 12pm.  Instead of finishing at 3.30pm, we finish at 6.30pm.  It’s great.  It means that if you are a working parent, or just normally unavailable during a normal school day, you can come along in the evening and still take part in a normal school day.

Our timetable for the day becomes:

11.45am –  arrive at school ready for the day.

12pm  – Classtime Block One

1pm  – Classtime Block Two

2pm  – First Recess

2.30pm – Classtime Block Three

3.30pm – Second Recess

4pm  – Classtime Block Four

5pm – Third Recess  (Please bring a picnic and join us for Dinner)

5.30pm – Classtime Block Five 

6.30pm – Finish up and head home.

Existing and prospective parents are very welcome to join us on the day for a tour, or to just come by and join in classes for a while.  We love having our school open and sharing our learning with everyone.
